We want you to love your Lunaverse pieces as much as we do. If something isnโ€™t quite right, weโ€™re here to help.

๐Ÿ—“ Return, Refund & Exchange Requests

All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

To begin the process, please complete our Contact Form with your order number and reason for the request. Once reviewed, you may be asked to provide clear photos of the item(s) if applicable (for example, in cases involving damage, defects, or incorrect items).

Requests without sufficient information may not be approved.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition unless the return is due to damage or defect.


๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.


๐Ÿšซ Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • All sticker products

  • All Blind Box products

Blind Boxes are mystery items and cannot be returned based on design preference.


๐Ÿšš Shipping & Fees

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lunaverse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Lunaverse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
